Just a note to tell you how much my wife and I like our new Hampton Bay modular home purchased from Pratt Homes of Tyler, TX. The quality is even better than I expected. Attention has been given to things such as faucets, crown moldings, lazy Susan’s in corner cabinets, door hardware and more. We held an open house before moving in and our neighbors, some of whom have custom homes, costing several times the price of ours, were very impressed. I also want to put in a good word for Lynn Pratt. He runs a top notch organization that set the home up quickly and professionally. His crews know their business and get the job done.
